The horror...the horror

I was clearing off some pictures on my digital camera. The following picture is from the concourse in Clinton where they have a stand that features Kettle Corn, Funnel Cakes, and either the greatest or scariest innovation in food...ever!

The highlights

Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and oil.

Mix until there are no lumps.

Dip Oreos into batter, make sure both sides are covered and put the Oreos into the deep fryer.

The cookie will float so make sure you flip the cookie over so that both sides are golden brown.

I had always wondered if Oreos would float.
