Sliding in safe

That is a picture from Patrick Ferron's photo gallery of yesterday's game at the Post Crescent website.

Think back a couple of Sundays...

Remember when D'Vontrey Richardson scored a run at Clinton by knocking the ball out of the mitt of former Rattler Blake Ochoa?

Well, if you need a reminder, head over to MiLB.com's Photos of the Week Slideshow.

Then click on photo # 9.

There was no big collision, Richardson just ran through the tag and jarred the ball loose.  The photo is from the moment before impact.

Marseco Catch

Very cool photo from Patrick Ferron in this Post Crescent Gallery from the game on August 18.

That is Michael Marseco doing what Michael Marseco does. Making a great defensive play.

Fan Photo Contest at Fang's Facebook Page

Here is the link to the contest.

You must be Fang's friend to vote in the contest.

Full disclosure, there is a photo in the contest that shows the son of a long time Rattler Radio reader.

There is also a photo in the contest that shows a known man-crush of another long time Rattler Radio reader.

Is it the same one? Maybe.

Voting goes until May 27 at 5pm.

Pictures by Brad

Brad Krause is over at Let's Go Rattlers and he takes a lot of pictures during the games that he attends.

Here is what he took on Sunday. My favorite because how often do you see a snake give a fist bump to a guy who just hit a homer?

Here is what he took on Monday. I'm not sure if this is pre-victory jump or post-victory jump.

A few slide shows

Nicole from Cute Sports was at the Miller Park Game and has some commentary and pictures and more pictures.

MiLB.com's photo gallery is right here.

Tip o' the cap to Right Field Bleachers for the pointer to the Flickr site of Steve Schar with some awesome Robin Yount pictures and a couple Bernie and Fang in the Chalet* photos. One of which is below:

*-I know it says Bernie's Dugout, but it will always be the Chalet to me.
