The Sports Turf Manager Association Award Committee announced today that Eddie Warczak and Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium have been named one of the ten STMA members honored with Field of the Year award. Criteria for the award is based on the management techniques of the sports turf manager, innovative solutions to problems, the ability to maximize budget dollars and resources, and the safety and playability of the field's surface.The Turf Warriors win again.
A place to follow the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the Midwest League, Minor League baseball, Major League Baseball, and everything in between in that order.
