MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 12-12; 5th National League Central): The Brewers lost 4-1 to Arizona at Miller Park. Dan Haren struck out 11 Brewers over eight innings for the win. Prince Fielder drove in the only Milwaukee run.
NASHVILLE (AAA: 12-11; 4th Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds split their doubleheader with Omaha. Nashville lost game one 8-0 as Luke Hochevar pitched a complete game two-hitter. The Sounds beat the Royals 4-0 in game two behind a complete game three-hit shutout by Mike Burns.
HUNTSVILLE (AA: 10-11; 2nd Southern League South Division): The Stars had a doubleheader with Tennessee rained out.
BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 16-6; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees beat Lakeland 5-1. Steffan Wilson went 3-for-3 with an RBI and Lee Haydel drove in two runs. This was win number five in a row for Brevard County.
