Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of May 29, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 28-20; T-1st National League Central): The Brewers beat the Reds 3-2. Corey Hart homered in the bottom of the seventh inning to break a 2-2 tie. Trevor Hoffman pitched a scoreless ninth for his twelfth save.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 26-23; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 7-3 to Omaha. Chase Wright allowed five runs on seven hits over 5-1/3 innings for the loss.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 27-20; 1st Southern League South Division): The Stars swept a doubleheader at Tennessee. Huntsville won game one 4-2 by scoring a run in the sixth and three more in the seventh. The Stars won game two 3-0 in eight innings Drew Anderson hit a two-run homer in the top of the eighth. Juan Sandoval ('03) got the win in game two.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 29-12; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees got rained out at St. Lucie.
