Netherlands 2, Cuba 1. Greg Halman ('07) did not play for the Dutch.
Australia 7, Canada 6. For the Canadians: Mike Saunders ('06) went 3-for-5 with an RBI, Sebastien Boucher ('05) was 1-for-4. Jon Lockwood ('05) was Canada's starting pitcher and allowed one earned run on four hits with four strikeouts over five innings for a no decision.
It looks like the World Cup is taking the day off on November 15.
