NASHVILLE (AAA: 15-14; 4th Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 6-5 at Omaha. The Royals scored twice in the bottom of the ninth for the win.
HUNTSVILLE (AA: 14-12; T-1st Southern League South Division): The Stars got rained out in West Tennessee.
BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 22-7; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees beat Lakeland 3-2. Mike Jones allowed two runs (one earned) over seven innings and struck out five for his fourth win. Sergio Miranda drove in a pair of runs.
