May 10, 2009: Opposition Research

As a way to force me to read the game notes of the other team, here are some tidbits taken directly from the notes of today's Timber Rattler opponent.
  • South Bend starting pitcher Wade Miley has held opposint lefties to a .136 batting average, but right-handed hitters are hitting .318 against him.
  • The 11 runs in the game and 7 runs in the seventh inning were season highs in both categories for the Hawks.
  • South Bend has recorded 10 come from behind victories, including yesterday.
  • Justin Parker is on a 12-game hitting streak and is 21-for-41 (.512) on the streak.
