Milwaukee Brewer Report: Games of May 14, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 21-14; T-1st National League Central): The Brewers beat Florida 5-3 at Miller Park. Prince Fielder broke a 3-3 tie with a solo homer in the bottom of the fifth inning and Dave Bush struck out seven over seven innings to help the Brewers sweep the Marlins in the three-game series.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 19-16; 3rd Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 4-3 to Reno. Hernan Iribarren drove in a pair of runs for Nashville.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 15-15; 2nd Southern League South Division): The Stars lost 8-5 to Chattanooga. The Lookouts were up 6-0 through the top of the sixth inning. Drew Anderson drove in two runs for Nashville.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 22-10; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees game in Lakeland was postponed.
