After three starts, it has all come back. The velocity is back in the low 90s. The breaking ball is fooling hitters again. The delivery — and nothing's more important than the delivery — has been straight to the plate.
Starter Ryan Feierabend has returned to the Tacoma Rainiers after more than two months on the disabled list and pitched like he never left.
"Knock on wood," he says, lightly tapping the wooden bench of the home dugout, "it stays the same way."
