Time Warner Cable and Timber Rattlers Announce Field Naming Rights Deal

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and Time Warner Cable-Wisconsin are proud to announce a long-term field naming rights partnership at Fox Cities Stadium. The field shall be renamed and the venue referred to as Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium.

At the press conference, Rob Zerjav, President and General Manager of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers officially announced the partnership between TWC and the Timber Rattlers, which includes discounted tickets for TWC subscribers, giveaways for fans, a monthly television show produced in-season for Wisconsin on Demand and the popular Road Runner speed pitch outfield sign.

HERE is the Post-Crescent article:

The selling of field-naming rights at Fox Cities Stadium to Time Warner Cable will generate funds for stadium improvements for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.

“They provide us a lot of opportunities to get our name out there and for fans to touch Time Warner Cable technology and bring the ballpark into the future,” Rattlers president and general manager Rob Zerjav said.

The announcement was made today at the 12-year-old Grand Chute venue, which is the home of the Midwest League baseball team.

This is the deal for Time Warner Cable Subscribers:
Time Warner Cable subscribers who bring their cable bill to the ballpark during Sunday games may purchase half-priced reserve seat tickets for $3.50.

Odds on the Timber Rattler radio announcer misfiring on the name in the first broadcast of the season? Going off at 5-to-3 as a heavy favorite.
