Phillippe Aumont just tossed his second simulated game in the last few days. However, I didn't get to see much of it due to a staff meeting.
Early reports may have him activated for the next homestand. That would be August 9 through August 12 vs. Kane County.

Just wanted to leave a comment on something baseball related, rather than the 7 comments about your blog being dirty spam from people you didn't know. This is good news on Aumont, he seems to have really grown into a fan favorite, even while on the DL. Now, I could be wrong, but I seem to always see him willing to sign items for kids right up until gametime and seems to enjoy doing so...the same can't be said for all big name prospects that pass through. This is good to see. That said, keep up the good work, Radio Man. The series previews (especially the Prospecting and Out of the Draft sections) are very helpful, as is some of the other quirky news/stories that you provide. Here's to more high quality hotel art in the future!
