The highlight of the day for ex-Rattlers was in the Philadelphia-Boston game down in the Grapefruit League. The Philies won 12-9 in ten innings.
Greg Dobbs (WI '02): 4-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, a home run, and a walk. Dobbs has two homers this spring.
Dobbs hit his home run off Joel Pineiro (WI '98). The possible Red Sox closer pitched 1-1/3 innigns and gave up four runs on four hits with two walks. That led to this brief post over at Lookout Landing.
Shin-soo Choo (WI '02) went 1-for-3 with a run scored for the Indians.
TJ Bohn (WI '03) was 0-for-1 with the Braves.
Matt Thornton (WI '00) pitched a scoreless inning with a walk and a strikeout for the White Sox.
Scott Atchison (WI '99) got the win for the Giants over the Brewers. He pitched 1-1/3 innings and allowed no runs on two hits.
