Beloit community leaders hope for Snappy new stadium

Visit Beloit Executive Director Martha Mitchell says the stadium could be used for different events, including weddings, trade shows and company gatherings. The project is in its infancy, but could cost $15-$20 million. Mitchell says she hopes the funds can be raised through donations and not tax dollars. She says she thinks the City of Beloit is willing to donate property in the Gateway Industrial Park.
