Just to update you on where the Winter Leagues are at on their season:
In Venezuela, they have reached the Championship Series and Game One was last night.
In the Domincan Republic, they are also in the Championship Series -- which makes that Jose Offerman incident all the more weird -- and Game Four was last night.
In Puerto Rico, they are down to the Final Four. Which makes a doubleheader for games three and four really odd, but it got Mayaguez up 3-1 in that series. The other semifinal in Puerto Rico is tied at two wins each.
The Caribbean Series starts February 2! Now, to the updates!
