A pointer to the stats

Here is the link to the season-ending stats for the Rattlers.

You can click on the headers and see who was the team leader in individual categories.

There is also a link at the top to take you back to the 2005, 2006, and 2007 seasons.

Have some fun with it.

C'mon Chris, you knew it was coming...

While Tui didn't actually lead in any sortable statistical categories (although he did come close in errors and strike outs)

He did lead in two non-sortable categories:

1) Broken clubhouse door windows (what passion for the game)

2) Solo shots straight into the teeth of a cold Wisconsin April wind coming out of left field during Wednesday April 20th day games

* I'd like it duly noted that while i concur with the box score in that the wind was 19 mph out of left and it was cloudy...i completely disagree that it was as warm as 50 degrees!!!

On a slightly more serious note, what a year Mike "Little Papi" Wilson had in 2005. I know he was hurt and rebounded to have a nice year at West Tennessee this year, but i sure hope he gets a shot at Tacoma next season.

And lets just say the Mariners decided to stock up a little more (oh say after that horrible Beddard trade) and trade Ichiro for prospects....how about a 2009 post all star break Mariners outfield from right to left of Balentien, Saunders and Little Papi? Huhhh???...well, a Rattler fan can dream can't he?
