Brewers System Report: Games of August 23, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 59-65; National League Central): The Brewers were off on Monday.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 67-62; Pacific Coast League American Northern Division): The Sounds won 8-6 at Iowa. Luis Cruz had a double, a triple, a home run, and three RBI for Nashville.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 62-65 overall; 29-28 second half; Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 6-5 to Montgomery. The Biscuits scored five runs in the first and one in the second for a 6-0 lead. All six runs scored against Andre Lamontagne (’10) were unearned.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 60-67; 33-25 second half; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees split a pair of games with Daytona. Brevard County won the completion of Sunday’s suspended game 7-3 and Sean Halton (’10) homered and drove in three runs. Daytona scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to win the 7-inning game 4-2.

HELENA (Rookie: 30-28 overall; 11-9 second half; Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers were off on Monday.

AZL BREWERS (Rookie: 31-19; Arizona League Central Division): The Brewers were off on Monday.
