Brewers System Report: Games of August 25, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 59-67; National League Central): The Brewers lost 5-4 to the Dodgers. Los Angeles scored three runs in the fifth inning to erase a 3-1 Brewers lead..

NASHVILLE (AAA: 69-62; Pacific Coast League American Northern Division): The Sounds beat New Orleans 2-1. Nashville scored a run in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 1-1 tie.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 63-66 overall; 30-29 second half; Southern League North Division): The Stars beat Montgomery 5-3 at home. Drew Anderson went 3-for-4 with three runs and two RBI for Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 61-68; 34-26 second half; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees split a doubleheader with Tampa. Brevard County won game one 8-3 and Erik Komatsu went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs, a home run, and three RBI. The Yankees won game two 5-3. They scored four runs in the second inning to come back from an early Brevard County lead.

HELENA (Rookie: 32-28 overall; 13-9 second half; Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers beat Casper 6-2. Franklin Romero (’10) went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and a home run.

AZL BREWERS (Rookie: 32-20; Arizona League Central Division): The Brewers lost 10-0 to the Reds.
