When Cal Ripken and Tony Gwynn were elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame today, they became some of the first players of the Baseball America era to be selected to join the Hall of Fame. In honor of their elections, we wanted to look back at the careers of Ripken and Gwynn to see what we wrote about them before they became big league stars.
I'm getting on this bandwagon, too. Gwynn and Ripken are the first players of the RattlerRadio Era to be elected to Cooperstown. Please.
