This may read a little odd, but I actually am not going to make fun of this
idea out of the Quad Cities.
Modern Woodmen Park will open its doors on Saturday, December 13, for fans to enjoy the River Bandits' inaugural Frost Fest. The Frost Fest will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and will feature special appearances from Mr. and Mrs. Claus, Miss Iowa USA Abbey Curran, and of course, Rascal the River Bandit.
Will Rascal be there? Of course Rascal will be there. But, there has to be a catch. Well, of course there's a catch.
There is no cost of admission for entry to the event, although fans are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys for donation to Toys for Tots.
There's always a catch.
