LATE RALLY: The Rattlers trailed 7-6 with two outs and nobody on in the bottom of the ninth. Brad Furnish hit Carlos Peguero, gave up a double off the left field wall to Trevor Lawhorn, and walked White to load the bases. Swing closer Kenny Maiques entered the game and struck out Alex Liddi on three pitches to pick up his 15th save.

IN THIRDS: The winning pitcher (Kyle Sadlowski), the losing pitcher (Fiorenza), and the pitcher with the save (Maiques) all pitched just 1/3 of an inning.
