The East pitchers dominated this one. After the third inning the West only had two runners reach base. For the record that is 18 out of 20 batters retired. 19 of 21 if you include the final out of the third.

Rattler closer Andrew Barb worked a 1-2-3 bottom of the eighth inning and got three popouts.

The East had 15 hits in this one and also the Star of Stars.

Deik Scram of the West Michigan Whitecaps was 1-for-2 with a walk, a stolen base, and two runs scored for the MVP award.

After the game, the teams went through a handshake line and congratulated each other on the game. I took a picture, but it did not turn out. Maybe one of the papers covering the event got it.
