Last night in the MWL

Quad Cities 6, @Wisconsin 2 -- Roth keeps rolling. Swing can pitch, too.

@South Bend 9, Burlington 5 -- How do you erase a 5-0 deficit? Well, seven staight singles super for S-Hawks.

@Lansing 10, Kane County 4 -- This game might have checked in under three hours. Except for a nearly fifteen minute argument by Cougar manager Aaron Nieckula.

@Southwest Michigan 5, Clinton 4 -- They aren't sure how they did it, they just know that the D-Rays have won 11 of their last 13. Three runs without a hit in one inning for SWM means things are going well.

@Fort Wayne 8, Peoria 1 (7 innings) -- In a steady drizzle, the Wizards win & Seth Johnston gets an inside-the-park home run.

Beloit 2, @ West Michigan 0 (16 innings) -- The Whitecaps didn't get a runner to third for the entire game. How about Brian Duensing. The Snapper starter tosses nine innings of shutout ball and no win for him.

@Dayton 6, Cedar Rapids 4 -- Dragons SMASH!
