Last year it was Joe Maddon with Tampa into the playoffs. This year it's Jim Tracy and the Colorado Rockies.
Tracy, according to MWLGuide.com, was the manager of the Chiefs in 1987 and 1988.
Do the Rockies return to the series?
Well, they do have ex-Wisconsin Rapids Manager Charlie Manuel and the Phillies standing in the way.
And if they get there, maybe Ron Gardenhire (Kenosha, '88), Jim Leyland (Clinton, '72, '73, '75), or Terry Francona (South Bend, '92) will be there to welcome him to the Fall Classic.

It's October?
