The Foxes scored three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Then, Arne Thorsland pitched a complete game and scattered 10 hits and three walks. Oh, and he struck out 14....FOURTEEN!

Tony Menendez won his twelfth game of the season as he went eight innings. The five run third was all he needed. Jerry Bertolani had a two-run triple as part of the big inning.
The Foxes are 78-43 on the season. They lead the Northern Division of the Midwest League by 12 games over second place Kenosha.
