Inland Empire (2nd round California League Playoffs): The 66ers beat Lake Elsinore 1-0 to take a 2-0 lead in their best-of-five playoff series. Andy Baldwin tossed a complete game three-hit shutout with five strikeouts for the win. The Inland Empire run scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the second inning.
