How could I forget the bench?

The MLB.com sites wrapped up their season previews with a look at the benches of the respective teams.

Here is the article on the Mariners. It doesn't have any mentions of ex-Rattlers until the very end. (and I do mean the very end):
Also competing for roster spots will be outfielders Jeremy Reed, Charlton Jimerson and Wladimir Balentien.
One story with a lot more ex-Rattlers is over at the Phillies:
[Philadelphia manager Charlie] Manuel's role players are likely set at five deep with Jayson Werth, Eric Bruntlett, So Taguchi, Greg Dobbs and Chris Coste. Wes Helms, if he's not traded, or Chris Snelling could be added, though that would mean sacrificing a member of the bullpen. With a long-stated preference for 12 pitchers, there's little indication that Manuel will change that stance.

Dobbs emerges as the No. 1 late-inning option against right-handers. With Pedro Feliz taking over as the starter at third base, Dobbs will be asked to provide damage in the seventh and eighth innings. He posted a .292 average (26-for-89) with 27 RBIs as a pinch-hitter last season. Dobbs will start occasionally at third against tough righties, and he could see some time in the outfield.
