Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of July 24, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 48-48; 4th National League Central): The Brewers lost 9-4 to Atlanta at Miller Park. The Braves scored a run in the top of the sixth to break a 4-4 tie.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 54-45; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 9-5 at Oklahoma City. The RedHawks scored four runs in the eighth inning to snap a 5-5 tie.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 50-48 overall, 12-17 second half; T-4th Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 7-5 to Carolina. The Mudcats scored three runs in the fifth inning to break a 3-3 tie.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 57-33 overall, 17-9 second half; 1st Florida State League North Division): The Manatees last 12-5 at St. Luice. The Mets scored seven runs in the second inning.

HELENA (SHORT SEASON ROOKIE: 16-13; T-1st Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers lost 12-1 to Great Falls.

AZL BREWERS (ROOKIE: 12-15; 4th Arizona League East Division): The Brewers lost 4-1 to the Cubs.
