Brewers System Report: Games of May 31, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 21-29; National League Central): The Brewers lost 13-5 at Florida. Corey Hart hit his thirteenth home run of the season and the Brewers built a 4-0 lead. But, the Marlins scored seven runs in the sixth inning and pulled away from Milwaukee.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 29-21; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds beat Iowa 8-0. Nashville scored eight runs in the eighth inning – four on a grand slam by Luis Cruz. Chase Wright allowed three hits and struck out six over seven shutout innings, but was not involved in the decision.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 24-27; Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 8-7 to Mobile. Taylor Green (’09) hit a grand slam and drove in a total of six runs for Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 18-32 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees were off on Monday.
