Brewers System Report: Games of July 7, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 37-48; National League Central): The Brewers lost 15-2 to the Giants. San Francisco hit three homers in a four run first inning and added a seven run fourth inning at Miller Park.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 45-40; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds were swept in a doubleheader at Oklahoma City. Nashville lost game one 11-6 and dropped game two 5-4 in 13 innings.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 41-45 overall; 8-8 second half; Southern League North Division): The Stars beat Chattanooga 8-2. Taylor Green (’09) went 3-for-5 with a homer and three RBI for Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 33-49; 6-7 second half; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees beat Brevard County 7-4. Sean Halton (’10) drove in three runs for Brevard County.

HELENA (Rookie: 11-6; Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers lost 4-3 to Great Falls in 11 innings. Tony Butler (’07) pitched three scoreless innings of relief for Helena.

AZL BREWERS (Rookie: 10-4; Arizona League Central Division): The Brewers lost 8-2 to the Cubs.
