This is it, folks.
Don't take this the wrong way but it's your fault professional baseball will heretofore be referred to in the past tense. With the exception of a fabulous atmosphere of about 5,300 last Thursday for the home finale, C.O. Brown Stadium has felt more like a library than a baseball stadium this season.
You should've cared more. Besides the loyal group of fans, several of whom showed their devotion by driving to Lansing on Monday, not enough people went to games.
It's that simple.
