Roster stability: There are only six players (Brenly, Bristow, DeLeon, Made, & Rundle) on the Chiefs roster who were not here on Opening Day and two of those joined the Chiefs immediately (Brenly/Bristow). There are no roster moves as the second half begins.
Leaning left: The Chiefs have the ability to send six left-handed hitters to the plate every day. Outfielders Kyler Burke, Drew Rundle, and Nelson Perez hit left-handed as does infielder Ryan Flaherty. David Macias and Jose Made are both switch-hitters giving manager Marty Pevey plenty of options.
