Great Lakes has won three straight for the first time in the second half and goes for its first sweep of a series against a Western Division team in 2009 tonight.
The Loons are averaging 7.0 runs per game over the last eight games after mustering (Editor's note: Mustering....Haven't seen that word outside of a Tolkien novel in awhile) just 2.2 runs per game in the first 12 games of the half.
