Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of July 15, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 45-43; 2nd National League Central): The Brewers were off on Wednesday.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 51-39; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds were off on Wednesday.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 47-43 overall, 9-12 second half; 4th Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 6-2 at Mississippi. Dave Bush allowed five runs on six hits over three innings for the loss.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 50-31 overall, 10-7 second half; T-2nd Florida State League North Division): The Manatees lost 6-1 at Clearwater. The Threshers scored four runs in the first inning off Alex Periard (’09) and the Manatees had five hits.

HELENA (SHORT SEASON ROOKIE: 11-10; T-2nd Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers won 17-5 at Idaho Falls. Cutter Dykstra (’09) drove in three runs and scored three runs. Nicholas Bucci struck out nine and allowed one run on two hits over seven innings for the win.

AZL BREWERS (ROOKIE: 8-12; 4th Arizona League East Division): The Brewers beat the Athletics 4-3.
