Brewers System Report: Games of May 20, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 16-25; National League Central): The Brewers beat Pittsburgh 4-3. Chris Narveson allowed three runs over six innings for his fourth win of the season. Carlos Villanueva pitched the ninth for the save.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 23-16; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 6-2 at Fresno. The Grizzlies scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to take a 6-0 lead.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 21-20; Southern League North Division): The Stars won 5-4 at Mississippi. Brett Lawrie (’09) drove in a pair of runs for Huntsville. Michael Bowman (’09) allowed one hit and struck out five over six shutout innings for the win.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 16-24 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees lost 11-8 at Charlotte. The game was tied 7-7 after the top of the fourth, but the Stone Crabs scored a run in the bottom of the fourth and two more in the bottom of the fifth. Brock Kjeldgaard (’09) homered for Brevard County.
