From the Post-Crescent:
"Jim Carver's sacrifice fly to left field culminated a 2-run eighth inning spurt against Green Bay and spelled the Foxes' third straight victory and fifth in their last six games."
The Foxes were down 3-0 after the top of the fourth inning. Charles Johnson hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the fourth. The tying run scored on an error. Then, Carver drove in the go-ahead run.

Fox Cities is 13-11 and in third place in the Three-I League. They are 2.5 games behind league-leading Cedar Rapids and Sioux City.

Appleton is 30-15 and pushed their lead to 1.5 games over the Madison Muskies. Madison lost 7-2 at Springfield.
