The Fox Cities Foxes had a scheduled off day in Three-I League Play. They would need it. The Foxes have six game road trip to Topeka, Kansas and Lincoln, Nebraska that starts on May 21.

Jim Winters had the big hit for the Foxes, a three-run homer in the five run fourth. Ken Reed won his second game of the season with 6-2/3 solid innings.

BLAST FROM THE PAST: Frank Mattox went 1-for-5 in the leadoff spot for the Brewers with two errors at second base. Mattox was a frequent visitor to Time Warner Cable Field as a member of the Mariners' front office and he was the Director of Player Development in 2007. Mattox is now a scout with the Brewers.

The Foxes are 24-12 and still trail Madison by 1.5 games in the MWL Northern Division.
