Brewers System Report: Games of May 23, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 17-27; National League Central): The Brewers beat the Twins 4-3. Prince Fielder and Corey Hart homered and the Brewers used five relievers to hold off the Twins.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 25-17; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 4-3 in 11 innings at Fresno. Nashville tied the game 2-2 with a run in the top of the eighth. The teams traded runs in the tenth before the Grizzlies scored the winning run in the bottom of the eleventh.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 22-22; Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 9-5 at Mississippi. Brett Lawrie (’09) homered for Huntsville, but the Braves scored six runs in the eighth inning to beat the Stars.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 16-27 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees lost 10-3 at Charlotte. Shawn Zarraga pitched an inning for Brevard County.
