Bert Barth was the star in game one for the Foxes. He pitched all seven innings, allowed one run on three hits, and hit a home run.
In game two, Charles Johnson went 2-for-3, scored three runs, drove in three runs, and homered for the Foxes.
Also, Boog Powell tripled in the game for Fox Cities.
The Foxes are 16-11 after the Doublheader sweep in Green Bay. They are now in second place, just one game behind Cedar Rapids in the Three-I League.

Jim Markert went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and four RBI for the Foxes. Ken Reed gave up a homer on the first pitch of the bottom of the first inning, but got the win by going five innings. Reed is now 4-1 on the season.
The Foxes win gave them a 32-14 record. Madison lost again in Springfield and that put Appleton up by 3.5 games on the Muskies in the Northern Division of the Midwest League.
