The Fox Cities Foxes were to start a series at Burlington. It didn't happen. They were rained out. Still 2-4 on the season.

You know who was happy about six runs in the first inning? Starting pitcher Steve Oswald. Gary Shriver explains:
The Foxes' lefty has pitched much better than his .500 record would indicate. In 27 previous innings, he had a sparkling 1.00 ERA. But the Foxes had provided him with exactly one run during that time.
Jim Winters with a two-run double in the first inning started the rally. Luis Peraza and Pete Venturini each had an RBI single. The final two runs scored on an error.

Foxes are 15-9 and have a doubleheader in Wausau against the Timbers on May 7.
