The Rattlers didn't have any on the list, but there are plenty of former Rattlers on the Best Tools lists from High-A to Triple-A. These ranking are based on a vote that happened before a lot of the promotions and trade in the Mariner system. In 2001, Rattler outfielder Jamal Strong was named the Most Exciting Player in the Midwest League and he was gone to Inland Empire by June.
