Baseball America has been releasing their Best Tools (Hitting, Defense, Pitching) list for a couple of days now and they have gotten around to Low-A ball, which includes the Midwest League.
It's behind the subscriber wall, so I won't share all of it with you. A couple of notes:
No Rattlers in any of the categories
Cameron Maybin of West Michigan named most exciting Player.
Jay Bruce of Dayton was named best batting and best power prospect.
Nick Adenhart once of Cedar Rapids was named best pitching prospect.
Josh Johnson of Burlington was honored with best strike-zone judgement.
Oh, there are others, but I think that I'll go out on top with best strike-zone judgement.
