Rattler History...Since 2000

Here is how the Timber Rattlers have fared on June 20…since 2000

2000: The Rattlers were off on the day of the 2000 Midwest League All-Star Game

2001: This was day three of the 2001 Midwest League All-Star break.

2002: The Rattlers lost 10-8 at Kane County in the first game of the second half. The Rattlers scored seven times in the top of the third inning to go up 7-2. Kane County came back with six runs in the bottom of the third inning for an 8-7 lead. Jason Stokes hit a homer in the fourth for a 9-7 lead. Rattler after this game: 0-1, 30-40

2003: The Rattlers lost 9-2 to Burlington at home. The Bees scored six runs in the first inning off Caesar Jimenez. Matt Hagen homered and scored both Wisconsin runs. Rattler record after this game: (0-2, 38-30)

2004: The Rattlers won 2-1 at Clinton in the final game of the first half. Michael Cox hit a solo homer in the fifth inning for a 2-0 lead. Tom Oldham pitched eight shutout innings, allowed four hits, and struck out nine. In the ninth, Brian Stitt allowed a run and had runners at the corners with one out, but got out of the jam. Rattler record after this game: 31-38

2005: This was day one of the Midwest League All-Star Break.

2006: The Rattlers were off on the day of the 2006 Midwest League All-Star Break

2007: This was day three of the 2007 Midwest League All-Star Break.

A 1-2 record with that Oldham performance in 2004. But the games in 2002 and 2003 more than offset that for a crummy and brief day in Rattler history...since 2000.
