Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of June 3, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 31-22; 1st National League Central): The Brewers beat Florida 9-6. Milwaukee scored six runs in the top of the fifth inning to take a 9-1 lead, but Seth McClung had to come out of the bullpen to pick up the win. Ryan Braun and Casey McGehee both had a pair of RBI for the Brewers.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 30-24; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): Nashville beat Iowa 3-0 for the second day in a row. Chase Wright pitched six innings and allowed three hits for his fourth win. Adam Heether drove in a pair of runs for the Sounds.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 30-22; 1st Southern League South Division): The Stars beat Birmingham 3-1. Mark Holliman allowed an unearned run on three hits over seven innings for the win. Yohannis Perez drove in a pair of runs Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 32-14; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees beat Sarasota 5-0. Lucas Luetge pitched five innings and allowed three hits for the win. Steffan Wilson drove in a pair of runs. This was the third straight 5-0 win for Brevard County.
