Posts will be up later.
I have been scrambling around with some stuff. Some related to our starting pitcher, some related to sales, and some related to a completely different matter and some related somewhat to that matter but....
I am wasting time explaining this.
Gotta run.
Back later....maybe.

No worries Chris, i got your back brah-dah!!!
That may be (read: is) a huge stretch but if the four other readers need something this afternoon, here's some observations from last nights game:
* The games i've been to (25 or so) i've been a little critical (in my own thoughts) of Lawrie not getting to some balls in either hole.
I know it's a new position for him and i'm sure that's a big part. I also have seen him turn double plays like he's been playing 2B for years.
I think perhaps with more and more time out there he'll get better jumps on balls...like last night when he made a great play in the hole and threw off balance close enough for Kemp to make a great scoop and just get the runner. Nice play guys.
* As previously noted i've not been to every game, but i think i'd been to a large enough sampling that my frustrations in us not regularly hitting the cut off man are warranted.
Last night showed why it's so important to not show off the arm you do (or don't) have and hit the cut off.
Great hustle by Sanchez to dig the ball out of the RF fence corner and fire to Lawrie who lasered one to Delaney to nab the Whitecap trying to stretch a double into a triple. And Hmmmmmm, it was a one run game. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.
* How when you actually have a coach (not a player) coaching first do you not know how many outs there are?
I can't remember the Whitecap name, but there was a decently long fly to RC and this guy stood half way to 2B and watched...Ummmmm and it was a one run game.
* Sugar Cain, i came just to make sure i saw you get a hit before you go back up to AA or AAA.
So since Cain went 0-3 and i can't make it tonight or Friday, i expect him to stick around through the home stand so i can see him get that hit (or homer, hmmmm?) either Saturday or Monday afternoon. I've Tweeted Gord Ash but have not heard back yet.
* I was there solo. Loser? Maybe, but how about the people i asked that didn't want to go (lest they forget this is Wisconsin and we don't have THAT many picture perfect nights in a year).
So without engaging in any conversation and hearing people in my section, I've come to the conclusion that people who know nothing about baseball (and/or more specifically the Rattlers in general) should not talk so loudly about baseball at a baseball game.
Just a couple gems from last night:
"Boy this Maldonado sucks, he doesn't even have an average"
HE'S HAD SEVEN AB'S HERE!!!
"Yeah, this Fat-Cee hits for a really high average (was batting .300) but he's not very good at driving runs in"
HE'S BEEN HERE FOR NINE GAMES AND ONLY HAS 31 AB's!!!
I don't know it all (just ask, i'll tell you...) but i don't walk into the Stock Exchange and start spouting off acting like i know what i'm talking about either.
Those Rattler/Baseball purists going Friday night with an actual Brewer playing...good luck :)
I suppose I'd better get something done this afternoon...
Ogui Diaz everybody!!!
