NASHVILLE (AAA: 16-6; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds beat Memphis 7-4. Nashville collected 12 hits and got an RBI from six different players.
HUNTSVILLE (AA: 12-10; Southern League North Division): The Stars won 10-1 at Birmingham. Brett Lawrie (’09) had five hits while Zelous Wheeler and Chris Errecart both had three RBI for Huntsville. Amaury Rivas allowed a run on four hits with four strikeouts over seven innings for his fourth win.
BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 9-12 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees beat Tampa 5-3. Josh Prince (’09) went 2-for-4 with an RBI for Brevard County.
