Brewers System Report: Games of May 1, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 10-14; National League Central): The Brewers won 2-1 at San Diego. Yovani Gallardo pitched seven innings, allowed one run on six hits, and hit a home run. Rickie Weeks homered in the fifth inning to break a 1-1- tie. Trevor Hoffman pitched a scoreless ninth for the save.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 16-6; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds were rained out at home against Memphis.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 13-10; Southern League North Division): The Stars won 4-3 at Birmingham in eleven innings. The Stars scored twice in the top of the ninth inning to tie the game. Caleb Gindl drove in the winning run in the top of the eleventh.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 9-13 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees lost 4-3 at Tampa. Brevard County tied the game 3-3 with a run in the top of the ninth. The Yankees scored a run in the bottom of the ninth for the win.
