Brewers System Report: Games of May 11, 2010

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 15-18; National League Central): The Brewers lost 11-3 to Atlanta. The Braves scored three runs in the seventh and four more in the eighth to blow open a close game.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 20-11; Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds beat Tacoma 4-3 in ten innings. Norris Hopper singled in the winning run with two outs in the bottom of the tenth.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 17-15; Southern League North Division): The Stars shutout Montgomery 4-0. Mark Rogers pitched five innings, allowed one hit, and got the win. Martin Maldonado (’09) hit a two-run homer for Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (Advanced-A: 13-18 overall; Florida State League North Division): The Manatees edged St. Lucie 3-2. Brevard County scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the eighth inning. Wily Peralta (’09) got the win with seven innings in relief. He allowed 10 hits, but only two runs.
