In this game, Dean Chance went the distance despite walking seven for the win.

Ed Sedar pitched a complete game and struck out eight. But, the Foxes offense was silenced by Todd Eggertsen and Barry Dacus. The loss ended Appleton's five game winning streak.

The Foxes are 20-11 and trail Madison by 4.5 games in the Midwest League Northern Division.
