Southwest Michigan 3, @Fort Wayne 1 (10 inn.) -- Extra inning loss spoils nice debut for Wade LeBlanc. LeBlanc -- go figure -- pitched four scoreless innings.
@Lansing 4, Burlington 3 -- A pinch-hit, two-out, game-winning, walk-off single for Jake Bell has enough dashes in it to break the hearts of the Bees.
Quad Cities 6, @Kane County 5 -- Cougars couldn't hold an early lead. SWING bullpen gets credit.
@Peoria 4, Dayton 3 -- Jeff Samardzija pitched well for a no decision in his final start for the Chiefs before heading back to Notre Dame. Peoria did beat the Dragons, eventually.
West Michigan 9, @Clinton 7 -- Team with the best record vs. the team with the worst record. L-Kings rallied to make it close. But, the Whitecaps held on.
